Agency pricing starts at €575 per site per year on Essentials and €1,920 per site per year on Premium at volume, with automatic discounts kicking in from your fifth site. Most partners resell Essentials at €100–€150 per month and Premium at €300–€450 per month, which works out at roughly 50–80% margin on every site. Do my clients know HostLogic is involved?
No, unless you choose to tell them. Monthly reports, uptime notifications, support replies, and the from-address on every comm carry your agency’s branding. Our staff never contact your clients directly, and there’s nothing in the WordPress admin or on the front-end that points back to us. You stay the single point of contact and the expert in the room; we stay invisible.
What is included in the agency WordPress care plan?
Every plan runs on WP Cloud infrastructure with daily off-site backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, WordPress core and plugin updates on a schedule, malware scanning, an SSL certificate, and a global CDN. Essentials covers the keep-it-alive work; Premium adds staging-tested updates, real-time backups, priority support, and branded monthly performance reports you can forward straight to your client. Custom plans bundle dedicated dev hours and an account manager.
Can I migrate existing client sites to HostLogic?
Yes. Migration is included free of charge for every site you bring across, regardless of where it’s currently hosted — SiteGround, Kinsta, WP Engine, cPanel, GoDaddy, a random VPS, whatever. We handle DNS, SSL re-issue, email continuity checks, and we run the cutover outside business hours so your clients see zero downtime. Most agencies are fully onboarded within two weeks of signing the partnership agreement.
What happens if a client site goes down?
Our monitoring picks up downtime within 60 seconds and our team is alerted before your client notices. For most incidents — plugin conflicts after an update, a misbehaving theme, a runaway process — we have the site restored before you’d even get the email. If a client does report an issue first, you forward it to us and we respond inside the SLA on your plan (critical issues get a 1-hour response on every plan; Premium and Custom get priority placement on lower-severity tickets). All communication back to the client goes through you, on your letterhead.
