We use this information to respond to your enquiry, deliver your site audit, and follow up where appropriate. Form submissions are processed by Gravity Forms and stored in our WordPress database. Who we share your data with
We only share your data with third parties where necessary to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations:- Pressable / Automattic: Website hosting infrastructure
- Gravity Forms: Form processing (data stored on our server)
- WPMU DEV: Matomo analytics, security monitoring (Defender Pro), and image optimisation (Smush Pro). Smush sends images to WPMU DEV servers for optimisation, including EXIF data, which is either stripped or returned — it is not stored on their servers.
- Jetpack / Automattic: Security monitoring, brute force protection, and backups
- Calendly: Meeting scheduling (when you book a call with us)
- Zoho: Billing and invoicing
- Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store card details — Stripe handles all payment data securely)
How long we retain your data
- Form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months, then deleted unless there is an ongoing business relationship.
- Client account data: Retained for the duration of the service agreement and for up to 7 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.
- Server logs: Retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days.
Your rights over your data

Some of the third-party services we use (including Automattic, Stripe, and Calendly) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to protect your data to European standards. Our primary hosting infrastructure (Pressable / WP Cloud) operates data centres within the EU where possible.How we protect your data
