Built For WordPress, Powered By WP Cloud

Every site we manage runs on WP Cloud, the enterprise-grade hosting infrastructure built by Automattic, the team behind WordPress.com. The same platform powering 10M+ WordPress installs globally. We don’t just host your sites. We optimise, monitor, and support them weekly.

That means enterprise hardware, auto-scaling during traffic spikes, a global CDN, real-time failover, daily backups, Jetpack Security, GDPR compliance, SFTP access, and basic debugging, all included as standard, regardless of which plan you’re on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every plan covers WP Cloud infrastructure, WordPress core and plugin updates, SSL, malware scanning, daily backups, performance optimisation, and uptime monitoring. Premium adds hourly backups, a staging environment, Slack access, and quarterly reviews. Custom adds development hours and a dedicated account manager.

Every plan includes a 1-hour response on critical issues (site down, security breach, payments affected) with a 4-hour resolution target. Lower-severity tickets follow a 2, 4, or 8-hour response window depending on severity. The full breakdown is in our Service Level Agreement.

The 1-hour critical response is universal. Every Care Plan customer gets it. Premium adds a priority queue on non-critical requests, so L3 and L4 tickets jump the standard queue. Custom can negotiate sub-1-hour terms.

New feature development, full site redesigns, content writing, SEO strategy, and email hosting sit outside the Care Plan. For development work, we partner with WebLogic.ie on a project basis. Custom Plans include a monthly development hours allowance.

Yes. Most clients start on Starter and move to Premium once they see the impact, or move to Custom when they need development hours. There are no upgrade fees and changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Starter is billed annually upfront. Premium is monthly or annual, and monthly can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. There are no exit fees, and your data and migration package are yours to take with you.

Yes. WooCommerce sites need extra care during updates because checkout flows are sensitive to plugin conflicts. We recommend Premium or Custom for WooCommerce so updates are tested on staging before going live.

We migrate your site to WP Cloud at no charge and run it in parallel for the first 30 days. If it isn’t faster, more reliable, or easier to manage, we move you back and refund the first month.

A freelancer doesn’t own infrastructure; a host doesn’t fix your plugins. HostLogic owns both. One bill, one team, one accountable owner when something goes wrong, with a 1-hour SLA written into the contract.

No. We’re an Automattic for Agencies partner running on WP Cloud, the same infrastructure that powers WordPress.com. We’re not reselling someone else’s hosting; we manage the platform directly.
