About HostLogic
HostLogic Limited is an Irish private limited company, registered in Ireland with company number 746860. We provide managed WordPress hosting and care for organisations with statutory and regulatory obligations: semi-state bodies, financial services firms, educational institutions and charities. We currently manage 250+ WordPress sites across Ireland and the UK.
Ownership and accountability
The company is owned 50/50 by Jack O’Connor and Sean O’Connor. It is a standalone company with no parent or subsidiary. When you engage HostLogic, the people accountable for the service are the owners.

The team
We are a core team of seven. Three named contacts carry the continuity chain: Jack O’Connor as Managing Director, plan owner and data protection contact, Sean O’Connor as deputy plan owner, and Ema Mickovska in operations as first responder. The service is documented so it does not depend on any one of them.

How we work
Every managed site runs on Pressable, an Automattic company, on the WP Cloud platform, and we are an Automattic for Agencies Pro Partner. Every routine task runs from a written runbook. Every client site is reviewed weekly by an automated portfolio audit covering updates, performance, backups and platform versions. Our contractual uptime commitment is 99.9%.

What we believe
Organisations with obligations need a vendor whose work survives an audit. We write everything down, we state limits plainly, and we would rather lose a tender than overclaim in one.
